Founded to promote the art and science of dentistry and uphold the highest ethical standards of patient care, our society forms the vital link between independent private practices, community health centers, hospital systems, and public health initiatives across McLean County.

Our Mission: To foster clinical excellence, professional camaraderie, and strong advocacy for dental practitioners across McLean County while enhancing community oral health throughout Central Illinois. Our Vision: A thriving regional dental community where practitioners operate with clinical autonomy and strong local support, ensuring every resident of McLean County has access to exceptional oral care.

The McLean County Dental Society serves as the primary professional collective, continuing education engine, and clinical advocacy voice for licensed dentists, oral health specialists, and dental team members throughout Bloomington, Normal, and surrounding Central Illinois communities. Operating as a recognized component district of the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) and the American Dental Association (ADA), our society bridges localized clinical practice with statewide and national oral health leadership.
